Paula Ribotto is the owner and operator of Yoga 4 All in Thunder Bay. Paula is a certified Hatha yoga and Kundalini Yoga teacher with 500 hour E-RYT certification. She has been teaching since 2005 and now offers a variety of classes, workshops, CE credit courses and Yoga Teacher Training.

Paula's classes are taught in a style that is usually doable for all levels. Her grace and presence gives students permission to embrace where they are and move forward courageously, compassionately and truthfully on and off the mat. She recognizes that people today need simple, doable tools to relieve stress, boost health, relax and find inner peace. She believes that yoga can help with all of that and more.

Yoga 4 All Online strives to provide a variety of yoga classes to people around the globe that offer the in class feel. This means each video class has been recorded in a live class so that you feel like you are right there with everyone else. There are over a hundred video classes recorded and many offers throughout the year to join in on community meditation challenges that give you support in building a daily practice. Our mission is to take away the obstacles that stand in your way of being able to show up for yourself and give you the chance to practice anytime and from anywhere.
